Behaviors (Added at Bobbi's Request)

The following is a list of all the behaviors I have fallen back into or never stopped. Hopefully it isn't too bad.


  1. body checking in the mirror
  2. body checking while lying down
  3. checking for bones everywhere
  4. avoiding wearing certain clothes
  5. counting calories
  6. counting fats (that's new)
  7. attempting to purge (once in a while)
  8. comparing myself to everyone
  9. weighing myself (when given the chance)
  10. watching ED videos
  11. thinspo
  12. talking to more people with eating disorders
  13. downplaying everything
  14. not sleeping
  15. standing to burn more calories
