The following is a list of all the behaviors I have fallen back into or never stopped. Hopefully it isn't too bad.
- body checking in the mirror
- body checking while lying down
- checking for bones everywhere
- avoiding wearing certain clothes
- counting calories
- counting fats (that's new)
- attempting to purge (once in a while)
- comparing myself to everyone
- weighing myself (when given the chance)
- watching ED videos
- thinspo
- talking to more people with eating disorders
- downplaying everything
- not sleeping
- standing to burn more calories
